Letter from our CEO
Dear Responsible Business Leaders of Today and Tomorrow,
Most top business leaders are aware of the risks and opportunities presented by a changing climate, resource constraints and increasing demands from employees, consumers, investors and society at large. They understand that their companies need to get ready for the “new normal.”
In order to succeed in this “new normal,” leaders need to be clear about two things. Firstly, that the business paradigm we are moving towards requires a new set of tools. Secondly, that organisations need to think and behave differently if they are to stay relevant and have the license and freedom to operate and grow.
The organisations leading change are engaged with their employees, customers, suppliers and society in a more sophisticated way. They have sustainable thinking embedded into all business functions and into their business strategy, structure, employee focus and operational systems and processes. These organisations already benefit financially and reputationally and are re-inventing or creating new business models to ensure their future success.
We have helped many of these organisations and believe that other companies can learn from their successes and failures and build on the tools that work. We have included a selection of our services and offerings on this website and are happy to share examples of leading practices. Moreover, we would love to discuss the value and return on investment of getting ready for the “new normal” and what a Roadmap and tool-kit for effective and successful implementation could look like.
As a former PwC Partner, I have led teams who have worked with many of the companies now considered to be the world’s most successful. At B.Accountability, we work with different business partners in order to bring the best knowledge to our clients, and utilise strategic and innovative thinking that has impacted business models and best practices worldwide.
I welcome you and your organisation to the “new normal”. I am here to answer any questions you might have on how to successfully drive value to both business and society.
