With over 30 years of global experience pioneering sustainability into strategy, operations, supply chain and reporting, our mission is to support private and public companies that aim to be in business in the long term, and generate value for their shareholders, customers and society at large.

Helle Bank Jorgensen
Helle Bank Jorgensen is one of the world’s most experienced and renowned sustainability, climate change, and ESG advisers. She is a business lawyer and a state-authorized public accountant who has extensive experience providing strategic and operational guidance to all functions within an organization, including advising at the C-suite and board level.
She brings over 25 years of experience advising global companies and investors on sustainability and climate change; 11 of those years as a partner with PwC in Europe and the U.S., leading sustainability and climate change practices. She was the creator of the world’s first Green Account as well as the world’s first Integrated Report, the first holistic supply chain program, and was the principal organizer for the CEO/Investor-network for Business Ethics and Non-Financial Reporting. She has led the CDP-report of the S&P 500, the Improvement of DJSI ranking and investor communication for global companies, and has worked on Natural Capital Accounting for IFC/World Bank. In 2015, Helle became the first in North America to have received the Certificate of Achievement and passed the GRI G4 Exam.
Helle serves on His Royal Highness Prince of Wales A4S Global Expert Panel, the Canadian W20 Delegation, and the Cornerstone Capital Global Advisory Council. Until recently, she was the Chair at eRevalue, a UK based AI Technology Startup, and for several years she served on the Board of European Policy Centre (EPC), Board of CSR Europe, Board of American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), Sustainability Advisory Panel of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), International associate of the Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research (CSEAR), and as Member of the Council for International Development Cooperation (DANIDA). She is also a Board Facilitator for the UN Global Compact Board Program.
She has worked with hundreds of world-leading companies and is a regular keynote speaker and the author of many thought-leading articles and books about sustainability, climate change, the Sustainable Development Goals, Gender Equality, and the roles and responsibilities of board members and investors. Helle is also the founder of the Global Compact Network Canada and is the Founder and CEO of Competent Boards, where she advises global business leaders on the importance of sustainability competencies in the boardroom.
Amy is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Master of Science in Sustainability Management program. During her studies, Amy was actively involved in promoting sustainable education and development within the university community. She also had the opportunity to gain practical experience working with local and international clients to help them understand the business case for sustainability and develop sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Throughout her internships with the UN Global Compact Network Canada and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, she helped develop and support programming to promote the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals within Ontario and the Canadian corporate sector.
Prior to starting her master’s, Amy managed the Canadian chapter of Wilderness Medical Associates International where she worked with various clients and students to administer wilderness medical courses across the country. Further, she has experience in the marketing industry, working with organizations to help promote branding and client publicity and has served on the Board of Directors for a small non-profit group, Stewards of Cootes Watershed.
Amy has a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business.
