With over 30 years of global experience pioneering sustainability into strategy, operations, supply chain and reporting, our mission is to support private and public companies that aim to be in business in the long term, and generate value for their shareholders, customers and society at large.
Every Senior Advisor has previously held executive positions in large global organizations.
Helle Bank Jorgensen
Mrs. Bank Jorgensen is one of the world’s most experienced and renowned sustainability, climate change and ESG advisers. She serves at His Royal Highness Prince of Wales Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Expert Panel and is a Global Board Facilitator for the world’s largest network of responsible businesses, UN Global Compact.
Helle brings over 25 years of experience advising global companies and investors on sustainability and climate change. 11 of those years as a partner with PwC in Europe and in the U.S. leading the sustainability and climate change practices. She was the creator of the world’s first Green Account and later the world’s first Integrated Report and first holistic supply chain program.
She has worked with hundreds of worlds leading companies and is a regular keynote speaker and the author of many thought-leading articles and books about sustainability, climate change, the Sustainable Development Goals, and the roles and responsibilities of Board members and investors.
Helle is a business lawyer and a state-authorized public accountant and was the first in North America to receive Certificate of Achievement for passing the GRI G4 Exam. She is also the Chair of Datamaran, and serves on the Release Council for the Future-Fit Business Benchmark; and Cornerstone Capital Global Advisory Council. She is the founder of the Global Compact Network Canada.
Mrs. Hansen brings 25 years of experience advising public and private companies on smart and sustainable solutions resulting in profitable turnarounds. As an adviser to governments, she has led high profiled commisions aiming at transforming the society to be sustainable in the long run.
Birgitte has served as the CEO for the Administration for Labour, Integration and Entreprises for the City of Copenhagen and has been a senior advisor to Danish Ministers. As the CEO of a consultancy, she has advised numerous companies focusing on communication and evidence-based analyses of central issues to society and the economy, such as productivity, digitalization, workforce developments.
As a board member, Birgitte has extensive experience on the role of boards, including segregation of duties between boards and the executive team. She has been a member of the Board of The Danish Growth Fund, appointed by Minister for Social Affairs to lead the Centre for Research and Guidance for Socially Excluded, appointed by Minister of Finance to The Labour Market Commission and appointed by the Prime Minister to The Welfare Commission.
Birgitte has a Master Degree in Macroeconomics and has benefitted from various Executive Management Programs.
Louise R. Raymond
Mrs. Raymond has a more than 20-year career in Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) management and strategy. Named to CR Magazine’s 2017 list of “CR Superstars,” Louise is specializing in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability strategy and environmental and social performance and impact.
Louise has until recently served as Vice President of Corporate Responsibility (CR) for S&P Global (SPGI), and its former iterations, McGraw Hill Financial and The McGraw-Hill Companies, where she led development and implementation of CR and sustainability strategy and programs globally.
Among Louise’s accomplishments, she has developed initiatives to offset travel carbon footprints, map the financial materiality of ESG performance, and align ESG assessment with Enterprise Risk Management. She has managed internal and external reporting including annual responses to ESG investor surveys and other external sources of corporate ESG performance resulting in continuous inclusion and improved scoring in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index, FTSE4Good, Newsweek Green Rankings and Carbon Disclosure Project and listing in CR Magazine’s Top 100 Best Corporate Citizens.
Louise has provided guidance on key reporting ESG trends and initiatives such as the U.N. Global Compact’s Sustainable Development Goals, the Global Reporting Initiative and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. She has created cross-functional leadership teams to embed CR and ESG strategy and performance and ensure alignment with external reporting standards and recommendations such as the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosure.
She has served on the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship Sustainability Leaders Network and EY’s Climate Change & Sustainability Leadership Committee.
Mr. Hageraats graduated from McGill University in 2015 and recently joined the Master of Science in Sustainability Management (MScSM) program at the University of Toronto. Sustainable business strategy has always been an underlying theme throughout his education. With previous consulting experience in the new energy sector, Mr. Hageraats brings a breadth of corporate sustainability knowledge and a passion for strong relationship building. His current research focuses on the intersection between behavioural finance and socially responsible investing.
Bilge Isikdogan graduated with a Communications degree from York University in 2014. She brings 5+ years of experience from the social media/communications field. Mrs.Isikdogan is an advocate for human rights and social stability. Her desire to promote responsible corporate strategy and behaviour allows her to passionately market the sustainability ideology of B.Accountability.
